Easter weekend experience
We spent our Easter weekend at a hotel in Kathmandu and overall, it was a decent experience. The beds were comfortable and we appreciated having a hot shower available. the staff was friendly and accommodating, always willing to help us with directions to nearby attractions. The hotel was also situated in a convenient location, close to shopping and dining options.
We were disappointed to find that the hotel was not very clean and seemed outdated. The rooms were musty and had a strange odor, making it difficult to relax.

I loved the location of this hotel, just a 5-minute walk from the busy streets, yet quiet and serene. The staff was helpful and friendly, making my stay comfortable. The room and bed were veryvery comfy and tidy.

The hotel is located in a peaceful area near the city center. The bed in the room is comfortable, and the bathroom is clean. However, the breakfast is limited, and there are not many facilities.
The staff's rude behavior ruins the guest's experience.

The two complementary facts offered were excellent and the location was key to getting around. the room was also quite spacious, which was a plus.
The customer service was terrible. Nobody was available at the front desk when we needed them and we felt neglected.
